All About Tom

Hi, I’m Tom, a Senior National Account Manager at All About Food. I joined AAF in September 2021. I work in the sales team working on our core grocery business.

Experience

I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2016 with a degree in Business and Financial Management. I joined Iceland on their Buying Graduate scheme for just under two years when I then decided to make the switch from Buying to Sales, where I joined Kellogg’s. I worked at Kellogg’s for three and a half years as a National Account Manager, managing various Discounters and then finally Morrisons. It was after this I then joined AAF as a SNAM where I am today.

What I Love About Working at All About Food

Being an SME, we still have huge scope for growth, and this in itself is exciting. We operate at a fast pace and everyone is empowered in their job. I love this as it enables quick decision making and drives accountability. It’s a classic but the people are great. I love the team I work with who are great fun, very supportive and equally as challenging which is crucial as we aim to continuously improve.
