All About Tom

Hello, my name is Tom Smart and I’m the Senior Brand Account Manager for wagamama and I joined way back in 2017.

Experience

Prior to All About Food I studied accounting & banking at university, finishing in 2012, and then going to work with a retail solutions company, Dee Set. They gave me a fantastic base knowledge, where I started in a supply chain role managing cosmetic stock before quickly moving into an account management role as a retailer implant at Wilko head office and then into business development on cosmetics. I joined the All About Food sales team after 5 years there and have managed an array of accounts since joining, including Asda/ Morrisons/ Waitrose/ Ocado/ Costco/ Amazon, until recently moving into the brand team to work on the fantastic wagamama brand.

What I Love About Working at All About Food

All about food has always given me the opportunity & challenge to grow through experiencing different accounts and moving into different functions (sales to brand). It’s never a dull day at All About Food!
