All About Tom

Hi, I’m Tom, the Senior S&OP Manager at All About Food. I joined AAF in September 2022. As well as manging the demand planning function I work closely with sales and supply teams (amongst others) through the S&OP cycle to help us plan supply and demand for a rolling 18 months.

Experience

I’ve been involved in planning for 15 years and counting in various industries and roles from production planning to demand planning, and I’ve also been using S&OP for over 5 years before starting here at All About Food.  

What I Love About Working at All About Food

I love the close-knit community feel at the office and the fact that you can make a difference at this business. The occasional freebie such as lunch when we launch a product for one of our amazing brands is always great too. Our values resonate with me not just at work but life in general.
