My name is Theresa and I work as Technical Manager at All About Food Ltd, looking after food safety, quality and compliance.

Experience

I have worked in the Food Industry for 11yrs, across Operational and Technical functions. I have gained experience working for both Manufacturers and Agents & Brokers, with national and international suppliers. I hold a MSc in Food Technology for Industry with focus on allergen management.
