ALL ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical & Customer Care Manager – Maternity Cover
This role will play a key part in the supporting, development and management of the organisations Technical function on an interim basis covering maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an FMCG/Food/Beverage Technical individual to join a leading and growing business in the UK consumer goods sector, working with iconic and instantly recognisable brands.
Playing a key part within the function, you will support the organisations Technical and Customer Care process and its development over the short, medium and long term.
You will support the Technical team to drive for world class supply chain performance whilst being part of implementing an operational planning strategy for the business, including significantly invested forthcoming projects in line with local and global supply chain plans.
This role will realise continuous improvement regarding co-manufacturing/co-packing and packaging suppliers. Maximising customer service satisfaction levels and fundamentally ensuring our brands are placed safely on the shelf for our loyal customers to enjoy.
· Supporting the technical agenda which includes but is not limited too;
· Manage, respond, report and resolve customer complaints.
· Supply of safe and legally compliant food stuffs from appropriately sourced/risk assessed suppliers/partners/3rd parties.
· Effective completion of both internal/external quality management systems
· Technical approval of suppliers to all internal/external standards.
· HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) compliance
· Both internal and external BRC compliance audits completed with primary suppliers and 3rd parties.
