My name is Rafael Cabrera and I am Technical Manager, looking after Food Safety & Quality.
Experience
I have worked in the food industry since 2007, mainly in bread bakeries (Traditional and Gluten Free) but also have experience with Antipasti, continental meats, pizzas and hot desserts/ puddings. Worked mainly in Technical but also have worked in NPD and Production. I have been in small family businesses but also in big groups with multiple sites with up to 500 staff.
