All About Nick
Hi, I’m Nick the Sustainability Manager here at AAF, having started as a grad back in 2017 in the Category team. I’m a huge foodie and love cooking as well as spending time outdoors; camping, hiking and partaking in most sports.
Prior to joining AAF I graduated from Northumbria University in Business with Economics where I was fortunate to have the opportunity to study abroad for a year in South Korea and Germany. Starting here as a Category Analyst in the Commercial team gave me the chance to get to grips with the world of FMCG (beyond my role on the tills at ASDA) and understand consumer behavior before being given the opportunity, as part of our Project Blue team, to review our sustainability standing as a business. This chance allowed me to discover where my passion really lay, and I was given support in working to become an IEMA Associate member. Since then, I’ve been transitioning from a split role with Category to now being Sustainability Manager full time.

Away from the Treehouse I’m an Explorer Scout leader, with over a year of my life spent under canvas, and am often found on a climbing wall with a fair bit of hiking, rugby, football and cycling thrown in for good measure.
