Net Revenue Growth Manager – Level 3

Office based, full-time

Are you the person who can turn commercial data into profitable growth opportunities?

Do you enjoy evaluating promotions, pricing and trade investment to improve net sales value?

Can you connect brand, retailer and category performance to clear strategic recommendations?

We’re looking for a Net Revenue Growth Manager who can take ownership of revenue growth management across promotions, pricing, mix and trade investment, helping the business increase NSV through insight-led, commercially robust recommendations.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and confident influencing stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Brand and Category. You’ll evaluate promotional performance, improve brand and retailer guidelines, identify growth opportunities and help shape decisions that improve profitable revenue.

If you’re motivated by improving how the business grows revenue, invests in trade and makes commercially disciplined choices, we’d like to hear from you.

Where and how you’ll work:

This is a full-time, office-based role in Manchester, NQ. You’ll report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and work closely with Sales, Brand, Category and Finance teams to strengthen revenue growth management, trade investment choices and commercial decision making across All About Food.

You’ll have ownership of core RGM routines, including promotional evaluation, pricing and mix analysis, trade investment insight and brand or retailer guideline recommendations, with a focus on increasing NSV profitably and improving the quality of commercial decisions.

Attributes you’ll bring:

  • Highly organised, commercially sharp and comfortable managing analysis across brands, categories and retailers.
  • Understand how price, promotion, mix, margin and trade investment translate into profitable revenue growth.
  • Enjoy analysing promotional performance, spotting patterns and turning insight into practical commercial recommendations.
  • Take ownership without waiting to be asked, follow through on commitments and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Communicate clearly, build trust quickly and adapt your style across Finance, Sales, Brand and Category teams.
  • Are confident enough to challenge constructively, influence decisions and recommend better ways to invest for growth.
  • Are curious about market, customer and product performance, and keen to help the business improve every day.

FMCG, retail or revenue growth management experience is desirable but not essential.

What you’ll be trusted to do:

  • Own and develop revenue growth management routines across price, promotion, mix and trade investment.
  • Evaluate promotional performance, identifying what is driving value and where investment could work harder.
  • Partner with Sales, Brand and Category teams to improve promotional guidelines and support stronger commercial planning.
  • Identify opportunities to increase NSV through pricing, pack architecture, mix, distribution and promotional effectiveness.
  • Build clear analysis and recommendations across brands, retailers and categories to support senior decision making.
  • Challenge commercial assumptions constructively, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence, profitability and long-term value.
  • Track trends, risks and opportunities across the retail market and translate findings into practical action.
  • Work closely with Commercial Finance to ensure RGM recommendations connect to forecast, budget and performance reporting.
  • Support process improvement by creating simple, repeatable tools and templates for commercial evaluation.
  • Help build RGM capability across the business by making complex commercial analysis clear, useful and action-oriented.
