All About Louise

I work as a Sales Administrator, and I joined All About Food in January 2021. I am responsible for completing all internal and external account admin. Although I predominantly support on Asda and Morrisons, I also support other SNAM/NAM’s with the day to day running of their accounts.

Experience

I mainly come from a Customer Service background, with over 20 years’ worth of experience in various customer focused roles.  Previously, I worked in logistics and managed a team of 10 engineers based around the UK.

What I Love About Working at All About Food

I love working about All About Food, as we are a diverse and inclusive team. There is always something going on! I have had opportunities that I may not have gotten in other roles, and particularly loved taking part in ‘Barcode Festival’. I have also had the opportunity to become a Mental Health First Aider, and with the help of All About Food, I have also gained a Level 2 qualification in Mental Health.

I love our team culture at All About Food, we are always there to help and support each other through different challenges. We are a resilient team and believe many heads working together can achieve great results by evolving the way in which we engage our retailers, brands, as well as our fellow teams.
