Masteroast Coffee Ltd – Coffee Development Lead – Responsible for both product and process development across many product formats and roasting methods to service multiple markets.

Including an in-depth understanding of large-scale roasting, grinding equipment & Particle analysis.

Costa Coffee Roastery – Laboratory Technician – Executing the day-to-day quality and technical testing of ingredients and finished goods to ensure a consistent, high quality & safe product throughout the year.
