All About Kimberley
I’m Kimberley, one of the Technical Administrators at AAF. I work across various brands within the technical team supporting with product artwork, supplier approval, internal audits and much more. Helping the AAF team to maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with HACCP and BRCGS.
I Studied BSc (Hons) Food and Consumer Science at Abertay University in Scotland. I spent my placement within Naples University in Italy working as part of a research project into field clover nutrition as a feed source for cattle along with post graduate students. I moved into the food industry shortly after university and have worked in FMCG ever since across various product categories such as Dairy, Flavourings, Colourings and Carbonated Drinks. Through these jobs I have learnt an extensive amount about what it’s like to work in the fast paced and ever-changing environment of the food industry. I have gained qualifications in internal auditing, COSSH, VACCP, TACCP and Health and safety. I have also gained experience in audits, including customer and BRCGS and this has given me a passion to work in a company that is always striving to uphold a good standard of food safety, quality and compliance
