I am currently processing all Stock invoices, reconciling Stock supplier statements, and ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely manner to prevent late payments being processed.  This involves collaborating with different internal departments together with the Stock suppliers to resolve any queries that may arise.  I send out overhead invoices to internal colleagues for approval, post and ensure payments are made in line with credit terms.

Experience

I have over 20 years’ experience in varied financial roles within the retail and food service sector which include, Auditing, Credit control, Purchase ledger, fixed assets, month end journals, budget control and payment reviews.  I am also part qualified as a Counsellor.
