Current Job Openings:

Commercial Graduate (2027/28)

We’re looking for a particular type of graduate.

Not the person who has all the answers.

The person who wants to find them.

We’re looking for people who are curious enough to ask questions, confident enough to share ideas and resilient enough to keep going when things don’t go to plan.

If you’re naturally curious, enjoy solving problems with others and are ready to challenge yourself from day one, we’d like to hear from you.

Category Analyst (immediate start) – Level 2

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially curious and highly analytical Category Analyst to join the core area of our business. You’ll turn data and market information into clear reporting and actionable recommendations that drive better business decisions.

Procurement Executive – Level 2

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially aware and highly organised Procurement Executive who can identify opportunities, build strong supplier relationships, coordinate complex projects and help deliver an effective supply chain for both new and existing products.

Net Revenue Growth Manager – Level 3

Are you the person who can turn commercial data into profitable growth opportunities?

Do you enjoy evaluating promotions, pricing and trade investment to improve net sales value?

Can you connect brand, retailer and category performance to clear strategic recommendations?

We’re looking for a Net Revenue Growth Manager who can take ownership of revenue growth management across promotions, pricing, mix and trade investment, helping the business increase NSV through insight-led, commercially robust recommendations.

Can’t find a live vacancy that matches your interest and skills?

We’re always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. Register your interest today, and we’ll get in touch if a suitable opportunity arises!

  4. Skills Tests: You’ll complete numercial and verbal assessments.
  5. Task-Based Interview: If you pass the above tests, you will be invited to an interview whereby you will complete a task related to the role.
  6. Insights Profile: We’ll ask you to complete a personality profile questionnaire and attend a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss your results.

At every stage, your progress is assessed against clear and rigorous criteria to ensure fairness and that we hire the best people for our business.

Use of AI:

We want our recruitment process to be fair, consistent and focused on the conversations and assessments that help us get to know candidates properly. We may use AI-assisted screening tools during the initial review of applications to assess CVs against predefined, role-related criteria and provide a score and supporting rationale.

The AI score is a prompt for the hiring manager. It does not make hiring decisions, automatically reject candidates or determine whether someone progresses. A hiring manager reviews the candidate’s CV and the AI-generated report and makes the decision, taking account of the overall evidence and context.

We use this approach to apply our initial criteria more consistently, reduce administration and allow our people to spend more time on the parts of recruitment where human interaction adds most value. We review our criteria and process to support fairness, and reasonable adjustments are available throughout the recruitment process. If you have questions about how your application has been reviewed, please contact the People Team.
