We began selling bottles of Nando’s PERi-PERi sauce under the name Nandos Grocery Company. We then expanded into other Nando’s Products and then into other brands and in turn All About Food launched in 2008. Today, as well as Nando’s, our portfolio of brands includes Costa Coffee, PizzaExpress, wagamama, Pret A Manger and others.
The role of Accounts Receivable Manager is a full-time roles in a new exciting office location based in Central Manchester!
This role is part of a new and exciting restructure of the finance department to support the speed and success of the business.
Your Primary Role
-Be the main point of contact for receivables by building relationships with customer AP teams
-Review and resolve any EDI issues in a timely manner
-Provide weekly updates for the Finance Manager on credit control and highlight areas of risk
-Perform month end procedures
-Be accountable for the order to cash process, ensuring that the sales ledger is kept up to date and that:
o all receipts are accurately allocated on a daily basis
o Customer debit notes are posted accurately and in a timely manner
o Customer reconciliations are performed for each account at least once per month
o Non-EDI invoices are posted and issued accurately and in a timely manner
o Disputes are dealt with in a timely manner
-Ensure systems and processes are fit for purpose as we grow
We are looking for somebody who:
– Strong numerical and analytical skills
– Resilience and robustness
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with all functions and levels of seniority within AAF
