We recently spent two fantastic days in the beautiful Lake District to celebrate the close of FY25 and set the tone for FY26. 🌿 It was a brilliant opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and reflect as a team on the successes, challenges, and lessons from the past financial year. 💭
During our sessions, we highlighted key wins, acknowledged areas for improvement, and explored the qualities that define high-performing teams within our organisation. 🏆 It was an open and insightful space to confirm our priorities and next steps as we head into the new financial year with clarity and renewed focus. 🎯
The celebrations included a wonderful three-course meal and evening entertainment, offering everyone the chance to relax and connect. 🍽️🎶 The following day, we regrouped for team meetings to discuss the key messages from the previous day before taking part in a range of activities — from spa visits and 4×4 driving to chocolate making and scenic walks. 🚙🍫🚶♂️
A big thank you to everyone involved in organising such a great couple of days. 🙌 It’s these moments of connection and reflection that truly strengthen our culture and set us up for another successful year ahead.
