The team got together at the Lake District to reflect on our previous financial year and how we move forward next year. 🌟
We started the day with some reflections and then commitments. We were then joined by two inspirational speakers; Kate Richardson-Walsh OLY OBE & Ben Hunt-Davis MBE who shared their Olympic journeys with their highs and lows and how they stayed focused to achieve their gold medals. 🏑 🚣♂️ 🥇
We spent the evening celebrating our hard work and resilience and came together for some celebrations 🥂
The following day we had team meetings to discuss the takings from the day before and what they’ll do differently next year. Which was then followed by a choice of activity; Canoeing, Abseiling, Walk or Spa.
It has been a great year and we cant wait to see what we accomplish in the future.
