All About Pizza Express Products

Our famous PizzaExpress salad dressings, made to our unique recipe and served in our restaurants every day, are available for salad lovers to use at home. From the famous House dressing to the classic Caesar – and the delicious inclusions of balsamic, honey and mustard and Sicilian lemon to the range, PizzaExpress dressings truly are salad saviours.

Our range wouldn’t be complete, however, without the PizzaExpress Passata - our famous crushed sweet tinned tomatoes which has been used in PizzaExpress restaurants since 1965. It’s all about Mr Greci, the tomato producer near Parma, Italy. He harvests our tomatoes at the perfect moment, and puts basil leaves and a twist of salt and pepper in every tin. Every tin, for the past 25 years. What a guy!

All About Using PizzaExpress At Home

Drizzle our Italian inspired dressings over salad leaves and pair with pizza or pasta. Our House dressing tastes great with roasted vegetables, the balsamic with freshly baked bread and our Sicilian lemon pairs beautifully with fresh fish or chicken.

Ladle our Passata into sauces, casseroles and soups for a flavoursome base, or use as a pizza sauce to top your dough and smother with cheese.

Ultimately, it's all about the food. How could it not be?
